The Appeals Court says no. I can’t see the votes.

The Appeals court said no.  My attorney phrased it this way “This is a disappointing result.”  I want to commend Randy Rathbun for his handling of this suit.   He has been nothing but professional, providing his excellent services entirely pro bono on this effort.

  1. I am sorry to hear this disappointing outcome. It sounds like the appeals court concluded that they did not need to evaluate your claim simply because the election for which you sought records was Certified, and therefore examining the count for accuracy could serve no further purpose. “Ingenious” and “benighted”, come to mind almost simultaneously! Far be it from us to learn from past error.

I can only imagine how frustrating and disappointing this must be. Thank you, Thank you, THANK YOU, for sticking with this good fight for so long.
